In our work together, we may explore behavior modifications to manage stress and improve how you feel mentally, emotionally and physically. You may want to target self-care, sleep, diet, exercise, yoga, meditation, life/work balance, social engagement, connection with nature, etcetera. As such, lifestyle adaptations may enhance cognition, mood, concentration, reduce anxiety, and increase your capacity for connection spiritually, personally and interpersonally.
When taking a wellness approach we are working in a positive way toward optimizing your resources and strengths. As a mental health counselor, I am here to help you break free from negative habits and thought patterns. I may guide you in taking charge of aspects of your life that are within your control and shift your behavior patterns towards optimal mental health and well-being.
