While trauma may be inherent in everyday life, at times living can be overwhelming. You can heal from trauma and change the way you relate to it.
We may identify resources by living in the present moment and envision a future enlivened and embodied. It may take a few sessions to experience a subtle shift or a lifetime of exploration and discovery within the depth of your self and being.
